School trip to Chicago - Victoria Day weekend!

Depart early morning, approx. 6 am. Friday, May 21st from Estonian House. We'll head west on the 401 and cross over at Detroit or Sarnia.  PASSPORTS MANDATORY.  We'll also prepare permission forms with your signature which will have to be notarized in the spring (dates TBA) to take your child over the border as well as a current medical form by the end of April.  Please also ensure emergency health insurance is arranged for those dates and details appear on the medical form. 

Planned itinerary:
Theatre
Estonian House in Chicago
City Pass all 5 if possible attractions :  Shedd Aquarium, Skydeck ( Willis Tower, prev. Sears Tower),  Field Museum and Underground Adventure,  Adler Planetarium, Museum of Science and Industry and OMNIMAX.
Greyhound buss transportation, Marriott hotel accommodations.
+ time for shopping somewhere!
Return to Eesti Maja 10 pm, Monday May 24th.

Guestimating cost will be ~ $500.   Please provide 4 cheques X $100 per person each month postdated starting Jan 30, Feb. 28, Mar 31, April  30, May 15 balance once we know what it will be.  If you are doing transfers  to the school's account, #2570 ETCU, please ensure memo added with traveller's names and the word Chicago.
 

Forms required to submitted:
- Registration by Jan. 30th with post-dated cheques
- Photocopy of Passport by April 30th  or earlier
- Notarized Letter of Authorization by April 30th
- Medical form by April 30th

Oletame, et hind tuleb ~$500 ringis. Paluksin postdated tsekkid iga sõitja kohta :  4 X $100  30. jaan., 28. veeb. , 31. märts, 30. aprill, ja teatan bilanssi 15. maiks.   Kui teete panga ülekanne kooli kontosse # 2570 TEÜP, kindlasti lisage sõitja nimi ja sõna Chicago.
